We also believe in offering value for money and that's why we've introduced Options - our brand new way of selling your home.
It allows you to only pay for the parts of our service you use.
Instead of one all-in package you can choose to pay upfront for one or more Option - depending on how much you want us to do for you.
We have split the typical sales package into four different Options. You can choose to simply have us prepare the listing and brochure preparation, or we can do everything, all the way through to us chasing the chain at the end for you.
All the Options can be added together to make up the package you need. We are happy to give valuation advice to help you choose.
We would be delighted to assist you with every Option - and even if you take all five Options you will still benefit from huge savings from typical estate agency fees.
Your own skills could play an important part in how much you want us to do.
For example, you may be a sales person in your own job and are therefore unlikely to need our services for accompanied viewing or money maximizing.
By making our price list transparent you can work out quickly and easily how much you want to pay.
